BSD 4.2

This is a new debugger for 4.2BSD.  It is intended to be able to handle
different languages, but currently only understands C and Fortran.

Interface files (.h) are automatically generated from implementation files (.c)
so they (the .h files) should not be modified.

Many problems have yet to be fixed.
