        !             2: The file "decl" began with ".PP".  All files sent
        !             3: to -ms MUST begin with a "-ms" command line.  You can
        !             4: tell these command lines, in general, because they
        !             5: begin with a period and have only capital letters on them.
        !             6: The ".PP" command indicates a new paragraph.
        !             7: So to add another paragraph to a file, you put a ".PP"
        !             8: in front and then type in the new text.  Here is the
        !             9: next paragraph of the declaration of independence.  Add
        !            10: it to the end of the file "decl" that you've been working
        !            11: with.  You can do that most easily by picking up the text
        !            12: from file "para2", or you can type it in again.  It is
        !            13: not necessary to keep every word on exactly
        !            14: the line it was, since the program will rearrange them.
