_S_h_u_f_f_i_l_e reads a text file from standard input and writes a
version with the lines shuffled to standard output.
The option ----ssss _n sets the seed for random generation to _n.
The default seed is 0.
LLLLIIIIMMMMIIIITTTTAAAATTTTIIIIOOOONNNNSSSS
_S_h_u_f_f_i_l_e is designed to handle text files only.
_S_h_u_f_f_i_l_e stores the input file in memory and shuffles
pointers to the lines; there must be enough memory available
to store the entire file.
