     seek - seek to position in stream

DDDDEEEESSSSCCCCRRRRIIIIPPPPTTTTIIIIOOOONNNN
     sssseeeeeeeekkkk sets the position of the next input or output operation
     on ffffiiiilllleeee.  The new position is at the signed distance ooooffffffffsssseeeetttt
     bytes from the beginning, the current, or the end of the
     file, depending on whether ppppttttrrrrnnnnaaaammmmeeee is 0, 1, or 2. sssseeeeeeeekkkk
     returns the current value of the offset relative to the
     beginning of ffffiiiilllleeee.
