8: \fII-split\fR reads an Icon program from standard input and writes
9: each procedure to a separate file. The output file names consist of
10: the procedure name with \f3.icn\fR appended.
11: If the \f3\-g\fR option is specified, any
12: global, external, and record declarations
13: are written to that file. Otherwise they are written in the file for
14: the procedure that immediately follows them.
