                     26: This document describes user-visible changes to the
                     27: UCI version of the Rand \MH/ system that were made
                     28: from \mh3 to \mh4.
                     29: In particular,
                     30: four facilities are discussed:
                     31: multiple composition of drafts,
                     32: user-defined sequences,
                     33: the folder-stack,
                     34: and,
                     35: relative folder addressing.
                     36: This document does not describe bug-fixes, per se,
                     37: or internal changes,
                     38: unless these activities resulted in a visible change for the \MH/ user.
