        !            50:        To compile, check the Makefile and make any alterations
        !            51:        necessary for your site.  The Makefile assumes X is
        !            52:        installed in the normal place (/usr/lib/).

        !            54:        ./make script should build the interface correctly.
        !            55:        If it is being built separately then ./make_alone
