.SH DESCRIPTION
The \fIlibpepsy\fR library contains driver routines for processing
the tables produced by \fIpepsy\fR.
Also contains the tables for the ASN.1 defined types
generated by \fIpepsy\fR and some miscellanous printing routines in
\fIvprint.c\fR.
This library is unspectacular but necessary.
