                     31: is used to assign a tty line to a network interface,
                     32: and to define the network source and destination addresses. The
                     33: .I ttyname
                     34: parameter is a string of the form ``ttyXX'', or ``/dev/ttyXX''.

                     37: parameter is used to set the speed of the connection. If not specified, the
                     38: default of 9600 is used.
