.SH DESCRIPTION
\fINumber\fP converts its arguments from decimal numbers to
a fully spelled-out version.  In the absence of arguments,
\fInumber\fP reads from the standard input.  Output is to
the standard output.
.SH BUGS
\fINumber\fP doesn't understand about exponents.
