                     48: announces to the system that disc quotas should be enabled
                     49: on one or more file systems.
                     50: The file systems specified must have entries
                     51: in /etc/fstab and be mounted at the time.
                     52: The file system quota files must be present in the root
                     53: directory of the specified file system and be named
                     54: .IR quotas .
