11: A Form is a Control that contains titled entries into which a user can type data values.  A mouse click in an entry starts text editing in that entry.  A mouse click outside the Form or a RETURN while editing an entry causes the action of the entry to be sent to the target of the entry if there is such an action; otherwise the action of the Form is sent to the target of the Form.  If the user hits TAB, the next entry is selected.  If the user hits Shift-TAB, the previous entry is selected.
