* First Debian packaging of OSKit-Mach, a new variant based on gnumach.
The upstream sources and the Debian source packages are one and the same.
The version numbers are starting with the gnumach version numbers.
* This package now provides a competing gnumach-dev package that will
replace the one from the gnumach source package; it is compatible.
* Lintian fixes vs gnumach 1:1.2-2 package: /boot/*.gz not made executable,
use /usr/share/doc instead of /usr/doc.
