                     10: will copy one file system or tape file to another.  A file
                     11: system (tape file) is defined by
                     12: a three letter device name, a drive number, and a disk partition number

                     15: partition number 0, and cyp(0,1) means Cypher tape, drive number 0,
                     16: file number 1.
