devcopy \- copies one file system to another - standalone utility

.SH DESCRIPTION
.I Devcopy
will copy one file system or tape file to another.  A file
system (tape file) is defined by
a three letter device name, a drive number, and a disk partition number
(tape file number).  For example, fsd(0,0) means disk type fsd,
drive number 0,
partition number 0, and cyp(0,1) means Cypher tape, drive number 0,
file number 1.

Source device :
	(enter the source file system, like fsd(0,0) or cyp(0,0))
Copy to device 
	(enter the output file system, as above)
Number of blocks
	(make sure it is big enough to get to the end)

.I Devcopy
copies fixed size 1K byte blocks, and 
reports progress every 500 blocks.  At the end,
it displays the number of blocks copied:
