The 
.I bsclean 
utility is used to remove all user
files older than 
.I hh 
hours from the spool directory of 
.I hostname.
The default number of hours is 72.
The default host is that defined by the system administrator.

bsclean: host <hostname> has no spool directory

Either the host name is wrong, or the host has no spool directory,
or the directory is not readable.

Probably because write permission on the spool directory is not available.
