Write string into file stream

vvooiidd ffppuuttss(_s_t_r_i_n_g, _f_p) cchhaarr *_s_t_r_i_n_g; FFIILLEE *_f_p;

fputs  writes  string into  the  file stream  pointed  to by  fp.
Unlike its cousin puts, it does not append a newline character to
the end of string.

fputs returns nothing.
