Execute a command as a built-in command

bbuuiillttiinn _c_o_m_m_a_n_d [ _a_r_g ... ]

The  command kksshh  is  used by  the  Korn shell  kksshh to  establish
_c_o_m_m_a_n_d as a built-in command.
