Measure free space on disk

ddff [-aaiitt] _d_e_v_i_c_e

df measures the amount of free  space left on a floppy disk, on a
logical device on  a hard disk, or on a  RAM disk.  device is the
name of the  device you wish to check; for  example, to check the
amount of space left on the disk in filesystem xx, type:


        df /x


The default device is the one you are currently using.

df recognizes the following options:

-aa Prints the amount of space left on all devices.

-ii Show the number and percentage of i-nodes available.

-tt Show the total disk space available.
