The COHERENT system call ffccnnttll permits manipulation of an open
file. _f_d is the file descriptor; this description must have been
obtained from a call to ccrreeaatt, dduupp, ffccnnttll, ooppeenn, or ppiippee.
_c_o_m_m_a_n_d identifies the task that you want ffccnnttll to perform.
ffccnnttll recognizes the following commands:
FF_DDUUPPFFDD
Duplicate a file descriptor.
FF_GGEETTFFDD
Get file descriptor flags.
FF_GGEETTFFLL
Get file flags.
FF_SSEETTFFDD
Get file descriptor flags.
FF_SSEETTFFLL
Get file flags.
ffccnnttll returns the file descriptor ffdd.
