                     12: hpd is  a daemon program  that runs in the  background and prints
                     13: listings queued by the  hhpprr command.  hhppdd is run automatically by
                     14: hhpprr.  If there is no printing  to do, or if another daemon is al-
                     15: ready  running  (indicated  by  the  ddppiidd  file), hhppdd  exits  im-
                     16: mediately.  Otherwise,  it searches the spool  directory for con-
                     17: trol files of listings to print.  These control files contain the
                     18: names of  files to print, the user name,  banner pages, and files
                     19: to be removed upon completion.

                     21: hpd does not print listings in any particular order.  There is no
                     22: prioritization of printing, either by size or by requester.
