Add multiple-precision integers

The COHERENT  system includes a suite of  routines that allow you
to  perform multiple-precision mathematics.   madd sets  the mul-
tiple-precision integer (or mmiinntts) pointed  to by c to the sum of
the the mmiinntts pointed to by a and b.
