Reinitialize a multiple-precision integer

The COHERENT  system includes a suite of  routines that allow you
to  perform multiple-precision  mathematics.  The  function mitom
reinitializes the  existing multiple-precision integer  (or mmiinntt)
pointed to by a to n.
