Initialize a modem

/uussrr/bbiinn/mmooddeemmiinniitt

The script /uussrr/bbiinn/mmooddeemmiinniitt  can be used to initialize a modem.
In its  default form, this  script sets a  Hayes-compatible modem
into  no-echo mode,  turns off  command  responses, and  turns on
auto-answering.

You can edit the file rrcc  to have it call this script.  This will
ensure  that your  modem is  properly  initialized when  you boot
COHERENT.
