Mark a shell variable as read only

rreeaaddoonnllyy

Mark each _v_a_r_i_a_b_l_e as a read-only shell variable.  The shell will
not permit  subsequent assignments to a  readonly variable.  With
no arguments,  rreeaaddoonnllyy prints the  name and value  of each read-
only variable.
