Display a C function header

rreeff _f_u_n_c_t_i_o_n__n_a_m_e

rreeff looks up the function header of a function in any of a series
of reference files built by the command ctags.  It is used by the
eellvviiss editor's  <sshhiifftt-KK> command.  This command  checks the file
refs in the current directory.
