setuid()               COHERENT System Call              setuid()




Set user id

iinntt sseettuuiidd(_i_d) iinntt _i_d;

setuid  sets the  real user  id and  the user  id of  the calling
process to id.  (For more information on the user id, see exec).

The call is allowed if the real id of the calling process matches
id or is the superuser.
