Header for standard definitions

stddef.h defines three types and two macros that are used through
the library.  They are as follows:


         NNUULLLL     Null pointer
         ooffffsseettooff()Offset of a field within a structure
         ppttrrddiiffff_ttNumeric difference between two pointers
         ssiizzee_tt   Type returned by ssiizzeeooff operator
         wwcchhaarr_tt  Typedef for wide cchhaarrs
