Get termcap numeric feature

tgetnum is  one of  a set of  functions that permit  the COHERENT
system  to perform  terminal-independent operations.   It returns
the value  of the  numeric feature name,  as defined in  the ter-
minal's  tteerrmmccaapp entry.   It  returns -1  if the  feature is  not
present in the terminal's entry.
