                     12: wall  types a  message to  every user  currently logged  into the
                     13: COHERENT system,  with the  exception of  the sender.  It  can be
                     14: used to inform users  of information of general interest; for ex-
                     15: ample, that  man has landed  on the moon,  or that the  system is
                     16: going down in 15 minutes.

                     18: wall reads  the message to  be broadcast from  the standard input
                     19: until end  of file.   When it sends  the message, it  prefaces it
                     20: with  the herald  ``Broadcast  message ...'',  which includes  an
                     21: audible warning.  Only  the superuser should invoke /etc/wall (to
                     22: override access protections of the target terminals).
