To build the shipping compiler, cd to obj and run the .profile in that
directory. It will prompt you to run 'make mcc'. Do it. The binary will
be built as bin/mcc.

To build cpp as a separate executable, cd to obj2 and run the .profile
found there. It will prompt you to run'make'. Do it. The executables will
be built in the bin subdir
