To build the non-ndp version of libm.a, cd to objects, export SRCPATH=.. and
run 'make'.

To build the ndp libm.a, cd to i387/obj and export SRCPATH=.., then run make.

You may run into a problem with the ndp libm needing objects from the 
non-ndp libm. It has beena while since I built this one, but I do recall that
this was a minor headache.
