bbrreeaadd() reads  the block _b_n_o  into the buffer  cache.  If _f_l_a_g  is set, the
read is synchronous  (that is, bbrreeaadd() will wait for  I/O to complete), and
bbrreeaadd()  will return  a  pointer to  the  buffer.  Otherwise,  the read  is
asynchronous (that  it, it returns immediately),  and bbrreeaadd() returns NULL.
If  the  BFERR bit  is  set in  the  buffer's field  bb_ffllaagg,  a read  error
occurred.
