The following  kernel routines access the functions that  are pointed to by
the fields in a driver's configuration table:

ddiiooccttll()       Call a device-driver's ioctl entry point

ddppoollll()        Device poll
ddppoowweerr()       Device power-fail
ddrreeaadd()        Device read
ddttiimmee()        Device timeout
ddwwrriittee()       Device write

The  following  routines are  also  used  to access  a  device or  retrieve
information about it:

ddeevvmmssgg()       Print a message from a device driver
ffddiisskk()        Hard-disk partitioning
mmaajjoorr()        Extract major device number
mmiinnoorr()        Extract minor device number
nnoonneeddeevv()      Illegal device request
nnuullllddeevv()      Ignored device request
