ggeettuubbdd() -- Memory-Manipulation Routine

ggeettuubbdd() reads  a byte  from offset  _u in the  current process's  user data
space.  If an address fault occurs, ggeettuubbdd() sets uu.uu_eerrrroorr to EEFFAAUULLTT.
