iiooggeettcc() -- I/O Routine

IIOO *_i_o_p;

iiooggeettcc() reads a  character from the I/O segment referenced  by _i_o_p.  If an
address fault  occurs, iiooggeettcc() sets  uu.uu_eerrrroorr to EEFFAAUULLTT,  and returns -1;
otherwise,  it decrements  _i_o_p->iioocc by  one  and returns  the value  of the
character read.   If _i_o_p->iioo_iioocc (the I/O count)  is zero, iiooggeettcc() returns
-1.
