mmaapp_ppvv() -- Memory-Manipulation Routine

mmaapp_ppvv()  initializes  a  virtual  address  to  access physical  memory  at
location _p_a_d_d_r  of size  _l_e_n bytes.   It provides read  and write  (but not
execute)  access.  When  no longer  required, a  virtual address  should be
released by invoking uunnmmaapp_ppvv().
