The  following   routines  can  be   used  by  device   drivers  to  access
teletypewriter (tty) devices:

ggeettqq()         Get a char from a character queue
ppuuttqq()         Put a character onto a character queue
ttttcclloossee()      Close tty
ttttfflluusshh()      Flush a tty
tttthhuupp()        tty hangup
ttttiinn()         Pass character to tty input queue
ttttiinnpp()        See if tty queue has room for more input
ttttiiooccttll()      Perform tty I/O control
ttttooppeenn()       Open a tty
ttttoouutt()        Get next character from tty output queue
ttttoouuttpp()       See if tty output queue has data available
ttttrreeaadd()       Read from tty
ttttrreeaadd00()      Read from tty
ttttsseettggrrpp()     Set tty process group
ttttssiiggnnaall()     Send tty signal
ttttssttaarrtt()      Start tty output
ttttwwrriittee()      Write to tty
ttttwwrriittee00()     Write to tty
