ttiimmeeoouutt() sets _f_u_n_c_t_i_o_n to be called  with integer argument _a after _n clock
ticks.  _t_p  points to a timing  structure to insert into  the timing queue.
The timing  structure must  be a static  structure located in  the kernel's
data  segment.  Any  previous  activation of  a  timer on  the same  timing
structure will be cancelled.

Calling ttiimmeeoouutt() with  _f_u_n_c_t_i_o_n set to NULL will cancel  a timer.  A timed
function should never sleep or alter the contents of the uu structure.
