TTTTYY *_t_p;

ttttoouuttpp() returns  a nonzero value  if the tty  input queue has  output data
available,  and  returns zero  if  the  queue is  empty.   Before you  call
ttttoouutt(), use ttttoouuttpp() to see if it is safe to do so.
