ttttrreeaadd() moves  data from the  input queue associated  with _t_p, to  the I/O
segment  referenced  by  _i_o_p.  If  an  error  occurs,  ttttrreeaadd() sets  field
uu.uu_eerrrroorr to an appropriate value.
