                      5: The Debug Event Browser (DEB) Win32 SDK sample demonstrates
                      6: the new debug API.  This sample acts as a debugger for both
                      7: newly created debugee processes or attaches to current
                      8: active processes.

                     10: DEB is not a debugger in the traditional sense; it is a
                     11: browser as its name implies.  DEB displays the debug events,
                     12: and their relevant properties, as they happen and invokes
                     13: the default handlers supplied either by the debugee or the
                     14: system.  Only the minimal debug event handling is imposed
                     15: such that the debug events are displayed and the debugee is
                     16: continued on its normal course of execution.

                     18: The sample is source code compatible for both the Intel
                     19: 80x86 and MIPS R4000 Windows NT platforms.
