1.1       root        1: APPINTS - This directory contains a rudimentary structure for application
                      2:          based-intercept approach for writing a VDD. The details for this
                      3:          approach are given in the Virtual Device Driver chapter. "fax16"
                      4:          is a sub-directory, which has a minimal FAX stub device driver.
                      5:          FAX32 directory has the sources for a FAX VDD. {fax16.sys,fax32.dll}
