                      4: OPENDLG is a dll which is copied to the ..\dll directory.  Programs
                      5: which use OPENDLG will need the files OPENDLG.LIB and OPENDLG.H. This
                      6: is taken care of in the make files of the samples that use OPENDLG.

                      8: OPENDLG contains the code for two dialog boxes, one for opening files
                      9: for reading, and the other for opening/creating files for writing (saving).
                     10: These dialogs shoud not be used for new samples, as they are replaced
                     11: by standard system dialogs in OS/2 2.0.  Refer to the TEMPLATE sample
                     12: for the use of standard dialogs.

                     14: HELLO is a sample app which illustrates each kind of dialog box.  This
                     15: sample is in the HELLO subdirectory; to run it type HELLO\HELLO.
