Readme for avioskel.c

This is a skeleton program for AVIO applications similar to the template
"temp*.c" for PM applications which is also supplied with the toolkit.

It demonstrates the necessary things for your application to use AVIO, such
as creating an AVIO Presentation Space.

This skeleton is the basis for browse.c.  You may freely adapt all or part
of this code for your own use.

Note:  Compiler warning C4100 will occur at warning level 3 and can be ignored.
