.1 root 1: Comments about CHAOS

Chaos is a program which spawns off a second thread of execution to compute
and display (using GPI calls) a rather strange function. There is one problem
with this code; for some unexplained reason, it seems that only one instance
of this program will work at any given time (if you start up two of them,
the second will not draw anything) RAM semaphores are used to communicate
 between threads.

This code is fairly simple, and reminiscent of Petzold's BIGJOB4.
Those files can be found in BIGJOB\THREAD2.
