 Sample: Common Dialog DLL

Summary:

A sample demonstrating the use of all of the common dialog
box functions in the Win32 API is now available.

More Information:

Each dialog box is demonstrated being used in three
different ways: standard, using a hook function, and using a
modified template. Currently, the ChooseColor function does
not function correctly when either a hook is installed or a
customized template is employed. The sample contains an
#ifdef NOTIMPLEMENTED for this case. When this problem is
corrected, the #ifdef can be removed.
