Summary:
The WINNET sample finds a connectable disk resource on the network, connects to it, then disconnects. It's purpose is to demonstrate the WNet Win32 APIs.

In this sample the subclass procedure adds the ability to move and size
the control windows when the application is not in "test mode." When
it is in test mode, the subclass procedure simply calls the original
window procedure and the controls behave as normal. This sample thus
provides the bare bones for a "dialog editor" type of program.
