DESCRIPTION	rew___
rewinds DECtape or magtape drives.  The digit is the logical
tape number, and should range from 0 to 7.
If the digit is preceded by 'm',
rew___ applies to magtape rather than DECtape.
A missing digit indicates drive 0.
