                     10: \fIstrlic\fR is the Esterel v3 parser, type-checker and intermediate code
                     11: generator. It checks the Esterel input programs for syntax and type
                     12: errors. It produces an \fIic\fR format output. If no input file is specified,
                     13: standard input is used. Output is produced only for valid input files
                     14: i.e. files that did not generate any error. Warnings do not forbid code
                     15: generation.
                     16: Error messages and warnings are written to the standard error stream.
